By accessing or using Trivel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
Trivel provides a collaborative trip-planning platform that allows users to create itineraries, manage destinations, activities, accommodations, travel documents, and invite others to collaborate on trips. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to notify us immediately at privacy@trivel.app of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain features of Trivel require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment partner. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable billing terms, including automatic renewal at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Trivel, including trip data, documents, and photos. By uploading content, you grant Trivel a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and the collaborators you authorise. We do not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time or location. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trivel and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the app. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and, where applicable, EU regulations. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
